They're making me feel very calm and collected.  I like that.  I like feeling like everything's going to be okay.  I normally feel frantic, totally worn out and dizzy with the crazy amount of noise around here.  But the supplements have helped me feel calm and think more clearly.

However, my trips to the bathroom haven't been so easy.  Beef cloggs me up.  Any red meat (except pork--oh, wait, that's white, isn't it? ) makes me constipated.  And that's what these supps are doing.
