I'm looking for alternative bread. the one thats not too much in carbs is Ezekiel but I thinks its the sprouted lentils that give me problems. Manna bread = gas rice bread crumbles and spelt bread has tons of carbs

any ideas for a filler?

It's the sprouted soy in the Ezekiel bread that gets my B husband.

yeah sometimes i get the same reaction to raw carrots, most fruit that isn't a berry (not strawberry) or doesn't have a peel or a rind. Graps don't bother me though. sometimes beans and nuts cause me problems too. I just avoid them. but when I have this reaction, I jusst drink 1 glass of milk and lay down.
