I get a bump on my head like that from citric acid.  Maybe there's an additive in there that you react to similarly.  Sometimes they aren't required to list certain ones on the ingredients, and that makes it harder to track down.

Type O+ Secretor.  Long time believer, currently redeeming myself from a decade or so of spotty compliance.  Mom of 2 (A & O), Wife of 1 (A).

That is interesting because a while back I was having a lot of pain, I mean a lot and experimenting on what was causing the pain and I found that when I elliminated either vitamin c or citric acid, wasn't sure which one it was, that I felt better.  I'm going to look into it closer than I did back then.  Thanks, that's really interesting.

How did you find that out?  How can I figure it out?
