hi

Im wondering could anybody offer some light on my query, this is my first time to ever enter a forum!!

most nutritionists or books i have studied lament on how beneficial aloe vera juice is, especially for indigestion or inflammation of the gut. i recently went to a talk with the "forever living aloe" company.  they market all their own aloe products & the number one seller would be the juice, i joined as a distributer but am concerned now as i read the eat right for your type book and at the back on pg 230 it's illustrated for type O B & AB to avoid aloe vera juice.

i am type B & am currently taking the juice so i just wanted to confirm it's a no no & also the only type it's suited for is A.  i don't want to be marketing the juice to people if it's only type A that can tolerate it!!

also are there any other books that would be benificial apart from live right for you type & the encyclopedia? i am going to order the blood type encyclopedia tonight & have posted the secretor test...

thanks

Quoted from wikipedia
As a food, A. vera is very bitter and unpalatable.[42] A. vera gel, however, is used as an ingredient in commercially available yogurt, beverages and some desserts.

The gel is also processed into a juice, which is generally available stateside. Not sure what's available to you - you will have to check and see.

you could try adding a chunk of your aloe plant into your daily smoothie......see if you like it.
