Have any of you lovely A people had a problem and/or reaction with Splenda (sucralose)? I was trying it instead of Stevia, but I may go back to Stevia..I'm not feeling well since using it.

Funny you should post this just now.  I just posted this:

I know I'm not an A, but perhaps your experience was similar?

(For those of you who don't know, Splenda is the brand name for sucralose.)

I tried using it for a change instead of stevia. After a few days in my morning coffee, I stopped to see if that's what was causing my headach ( I don't usually get headaches) and once I stopped so did the headaches.

Sucralose is bad mistake for this A.

Consumption definitely equals headache.

Possibly also:

Digestive issues, dizziness, eye pain, joint pain

OMG! I've been feeling dizzy also! I feel better now..

I also think sucralose caused extreme sugar cravings! I was doing pretty good until I started using it. Then I all of a sudden..I'm having intense sugar cravings!!

I am trying to cold turkey cut Splenda, I overused it for sure! I'm an A and pretty positive Splenda contributes to my headaches and stomach problems, but I'd still somehow lie to myself and use it.  Now on ER4BT I'm kicking the habit!
