nobody seems to have heard about it at all in realation to BTD

we have heard of it here though!
coleus forskohlii is recommended at 125 mg in the Cardiovascular Disease book and 150 mg in the fatigue book per day. It is the same in the protocols online.
There is 200mg of coleus forskohlii root extract standardized to 10% forskolii in Histonia per capsule and it is recommended for use twice a day.

This comment is not true for Hunters in the GTD.  Nut and Grain milks are in the Beverage Category.
