For me Caffine starts an entire sugar eating routine. I think it lowers O's blood sugar or something similar (anyone?)
I can go for a few days on it and I think... well I can have this... and then boom sugar cravings - horrid... can't survive without a sugar hit.
Off the coffee, I don't struggle half as much with sugar. Before I ever touched the stuff (caffine), I had good weight and could actually eat sugar here and there, but once I started the coffee way back when I began binging. I remember the day! Now 15 years later, I'm working my way back off it and working to get the sugar back in line.
It's crucial for me now because of the estrogen problems associated with alot of sugar intake and caffine.
