If a nonnie turkey is beneficial if sec it is neutral, eggs are neutral, so maybe a combination of the two up to allotted portion for a man, and toward the top if over 250, I would add compliant veggies choosing beneficials first.  Veal for nonnies is beneficial, also but avoid for secretors, so you would have to know for sure on this choice.

What I'm looking for is a quick & easy breakfast that won't require a lot of preparation time because Bill gets up very early in the A.M. and sometimes has to just grab & run. Bill's lunch is usually a sandwich (on Ezekiel bread), easiest to eat at the office but I'd like to limit his carbohydrate consumption to that one sandwich in the course of any given day.  I eagerly look forward to your suggestions.

Thanks geminisue.  Your suggestion gives me a good start to go by.  My husband is not very large, 5'10'', 165 lbs.  But, he'd like to loose his roll of excess fat around his belly...very dangerous.

If no time to cook in the AM, why not eat leftover turkey or tofu with some stir-fried veggies such as kale or broccoli. Hard boiled eggs are also an adequate protein (just not every day) for A's.

What brand do you use? All the turkey sausage that I've found comes in a pork casing, , with the exception of Wellshire Farms turkey kielbasa (which I can't find down here in NM  ).

Eat like a king for breakfast to break the overnight 'fast'.

More protein foods are encouraged to start the day, as the day lingers, one can decrease the protein amounts.  Many individuals find that do they well having carbs/grains/starches in their evening meal.  However, this may not work for everone.

Ideas:
* tofu with steamed or raw vegetables
* tempeh with steamed or raw vegetables
* amaranth, buckwheat, or oats with a nuts and/or seeds, fresh or dried fruit
* amaranth porridge with soymilk, nuts and/or seeds, fresh or dried fruit
* scrambled silken tofu with tumeric (mock eggs)
* compliant smoothie or shake
* leftovers from previous dinner/lunch
* edamame with vegetables (add grain if desired)
* homemade miso soup with vegetables and diced tofu
* manna bread or 100% rye bread with organic peanut butter or pumpkin seed butter

It is important to incorporate mind centering blood type 'A' exercises such as yoga, tai chi, light martial arts, light walking, light cardiovascular forms of exercises to assist with weight loss.

Eating correctly and compliantly and practicing appropriate blood type 'A' exercises several times weekly or every day will assist with overall health and well-being.

As well, maintaing a relaxed, calm, stress free lifestyle will assist greatly with weight loss efforts.
