I'm brand new to this forum and to this way of eating.  A woman holding a garage sale recommended this to me and I thought I would give it a try.  Since menopause I have put on so much weight.  Reading the book makes so much sense to me.  I  am a type O and I can see how wheat has probably poisoned me through the years.

My question...............Where can I find and buy manna bread??  I have looked on line but am not finding any place to purchase it.  I live in Alaska and most special stuff has to be sent to us.  Stores don't carry these things.

Thanks

You can make it. The way to do it can be found online as well.  In a short version, you just sprout the seeds until they get a certain length and then grind this up.  You form the ground up seeds into a loaf and bake it at a low temp.  Kind of went together like a meat loaf.  It is very sweet tasting.

Beouemom sounds like bay way mom and I think Colorado is a great place to live.

sprouted avoid grains are not always ok.
wheat is, though and also documented.
The lectins in many grains are contained in the seed coat. The seed coat is actually metabolized by the seed/grain when it is germinated, thereby eliminating the lectin and rendering the food use able.

here s an answer given by Dr D to a B on sprouted lectins.
