Are you wanting to use fenugreek as part of a health protocol or why are you using it?

yes! thats where i found it.

The reason I asked is that normally fenugreek tea is considered an avoid for type B, but it does have medicinal purposes, insulin and blood sugar control.

Either way. Note that licorice can lower potassium and raise blood pressure so be careful about overdoing it.

take the deflect as long as your gut needs healing.

the licorice tea is best taken in the afternoon, helps with cravings as well.

Licorice tea is frequently recommended for a mid morning and mid afternoon pick-me up, say around 10 am and 2 pm.

Here are a few comments about licorice that you can read:
Ask Doctor D'Adamo  - Sugar Binges
Ask Doctor D'Adamo  - Lycopene without tomatoes, heel sticks, licorice tea, and more! (The last response on the page)

Ask Doctor D'Adamo  - Basic Fatigue Fighting Protocol
Notice the Type B recommendation of:
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza spp.): 1 cup of tea twice daily (1)
Potassium: 99mg twice daily
Here is the current Fatigue Support Protocols

If you read this article about Deflect I think you will get a better idea how to use it: The DEFLECT line of lectin-blocking formulas
