I'm wondering if my fellow BTD'ers eat yogurt with their meals in order to help them digest ?
Thanks

Not normally- just as breakfast or snack.
I don┤t have a problem with digestion

i just started eating yogurt on BTD because i never used to. i buy the balkan style with no preservatives or artificial sweetners or sugar - i make a parfait with berries on the bottom of the bowl , then yogurt and then puffed rice and it feels like dessert not breakfast

Balkan style yoghurt is my favorite
Well Lisa I do use some yoghurt at other meals - like as a dip or dressing for veggies
- but I try not to do it when I eat with my O- she finds it really anoying
In the summer yoghurt with a piece of fruit and 1 tbl processed flaxseed is fine- but in the winter I need somthing less carbs oriented so I mainly eat yoghurt as a snack.

I find that my digestion has become really good after
avoids is very rare,
I eat less grians and sugars,
I try to eat more raw food= more enzymes doing their job
and I marinade meat that I know gives me truble
or eat pineapple as a dessert

Ur habits sounds really great/healthy, THANKS
however, I've always heard that: fruit + meat at the same meal = gas
Do u find this to be true

Thanks again

About the fruit and meat at the same  meal should be bad.. not in my digestions at least not when it is beneficial fruit
But grains and meat is less ideal= gas and reflux ??! so maybe once again it is the individuality ?!

When I was in India many years ago, we always ate yogurt with meals because they were so spicy and the yogurt balanced the heat.  Now, I only have yogurt in the morning in my smoothie.

I agree, Henriette;  I eat beneficial fruits with meat and fish . . no problem.  Grains are a different matter.

Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are.

of some rare and perfect tomorrow.
