Is Itaru's green tea caffeinated?  If it is, should I avoid it because it would dehydrate me & cause me to be more constipated?

I drink Mr. Itaru's Rex...it doesn't bother me as long as I am eating compliantly and getting my O exercise.

Rex...I am not sure if it has the same amount of caffeine as coffee does.   I do know that along with everything else it keeps me going.

Approx. 35mg caffeine in a 10 oz cup Itaru's vs 100mg of caffeine from 10oz of coffee

some people have trouble clearing caffeine out of their system...if so, make sure you drink equal amout of water after tea or any caffeinated drink

I use decaf almost exclusively. If I take any caffeine it is in the AM, to give me a chance to clear it out well before bedtime since I have sleep issues. Also, those O's with fatigue issues might be better served with decaf.
