Yes to the Red Wine... except I really didn't want anything. So honestly alcohol was the easiest thing to avoid. Chocolate on the other hand... Lola is right: it was quite a test of will power!
Steak and eggs with spinach for brunch. Followed by blueberries. I ate a banana on my way to the gym for Step class (where I burned 550 calories). Now I've got to prepare for a job interview on Monday. Fun times.
