I make a black cherry spritzer.  I buy the "Just Black Cherry" juice (100% black cherry) and do a half and half mix of that with seltzer water. I buy both at Kroger and drink the Big K seltzer water. I didn't like it much at first, but absolutely love it now.

So what's in Spritzers is the wrong kind of bubbles?  Great idea to make your own, Moonpie.  That black cherry juice is amazing, isn't it?  I like that kind and also the sour cherry kind.  My children laugh at the faces I make when I drink it, but I know it's got to be doing me a whole lot of good!

Blueberry juice is great too.  100% organic pure blueberry.  A bit pricey however!

Knudsen makes several "Just..." juices and they're all delicious.  All a bit pricey.  They're certainly treats for us!

Could you have roots in this part of the world then Here's the "other side" you've described

I would be completely fine with the food too!

Check with Marc's and see if they still carry black cherry concentrate, price was fine and went a long way, diluted with water or seltzer water.

I keep a big bottle of the Club Soda out with the cap screwed on tight and drink it here and there but I've noticed the bubbles or carbonation going away no matter how tightly I screw the lid on.

Do we still get the benefit if this happens?

Hi funkymuse,

I'm afraid the answer is no. Once the gas is out, it is ordinary water and won't help neutralizing stomach acid.

Adding a little baking soda in your de-gassed water will instantly re-carbonate it

Cheers,
Yaman

My Kroger has a 'health food' section over by the pharmacy, past the milk, oj, and beer aisle.  It's where I find the "Just..." juices, rice milk, rice cakes, sweet potato chips, Van's Wheat-free Waffles, etc.

Drink it faster.  It'll keep its bubbles.

There's another brand besides Knudsen--Lakewood, it's called--that has the same juices plus some.
