I don't really know how compliant this is but some times you just got to go for it...

I bought everything at Costco

1 bag of pine nuts
1 bag of dried blue berrys
several handfuls of dried cranberry's {those bags are huge so I didn't use all of 'em}
a handful of dark chocolate chips

mix all together and ta da snacks for several weeks and I just dump them back in the bags the stuff came in and have one at the shop and one at home..
what do you think!!

the only problem I have is stopping once I start to munch...

I can find apple-juice sweetened dried cranberries here so I'll use those with walnuts. The choc chips are for a treat...I do best without the added sugar though...

They come from our local health food store...bagged and tagged as apple-juice sweetened cranberries with safflower oil* - *which is only okay for A-secretors.

I do something similar with Ghirardelli double dark choc. chips, dried cherries, pecans and or walnuts, a little bit of dried pineapple.  A little goes a long way!  So good!

I can't eat sugar, and don't have the time right now to make a sugar-free chocolate candy to chip up into a trail mix.  I do eat walnuts, pumpkin seeds and dried fruits, but the chocolate is what makes it SO fine.

Don't listen to Isa about that wicked white chocolate!    It's the darkest stuff that has all the great health benefits.

he-he-heee I am the white choc queen of garbage ouch ....and I know that the darker one is the beneficialiest...but the white one is better in taste ;) ...have had tooooo much as a child from that dark thingy...sooo bääää .....you can have it all... nothing for me at all

chilp...chilp....chilp....who want's to try some fine Lindt white chocolates of best ingredients...... I've some *leftovers* .....or Chamille Bloch, or whatsoever....for the instance that's a red flag with a white cross ;)
but must be honest.....the white chocs outta Belgium...oooh..wow...not that bad...they aren't that sweet as swiss chocs....hmmm but at this instant I am chocfree as I wrote it yesterday and I think that should be ok  for a moment .... a loooonger moment ;) shall I send you a little mümpfeli for a little try and also they are producing all kinds of chocs with pieces of oranges in, or mandarines or pineapples..or....or...or...orrr......

omG .....omG...did I informed you that I've found a real chocolateria here nearby my village...About some 20 minutes to drive, then you are entering the Glattcenter and ther's a suppa duper chocolateria...with selfmade white, brown, dark all colours you'd like to with nuts, or raisins or just white & framboise or other fruits in, found a brown one & cranberries in ..... :-/ ;) ...but the prices are really high.... :( >:( :( ....better so I wan't buy there too often ... ...btw...not for me but just like a little gift for friends.......

I love dried crannberies and blueberries, but haven't found yet any with complient oil for B's. Don't understand why they put oil on them [to keep them soft?]
