I`m getting more and more off any sort of processed food. Organic raw freshness is the way to go.

Me too -Have started to grow much more food- keep beesfor raw honey and hens for eggs - storebought eggs aren┤t the same

Yeah it looks nice. I envy the choices in Danish stores, though.

The Lindt Excellence chocolate bar line is lovely, and their 85% Cocoa Dark Extra Fine bar is not sweet...
Four squares have 5g sugar.
Ingredients: chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla - a natural flavor.
Nutrition info:
http://www.lindtusa.com/docs/productdocs/prod_28.pdf

They also make a 99% bar, described below. It doesn't list vanilla, and sugar is listed as the last item. It looks like it's claiming it has 0g sugar however.

Henriette Bsec,
The link provides interesting ORAC test results for antioxidants in raw, organic chocolate.

A Heath food store clerk told me that Dagoba has been bought.  Now, it's been a few months, and I'm not sure about this next fact, but I think he said it was Hershey's that bought the company.  I hope to find out for sure, and at least, we should keep an eye on the ingredient list as time passes.

Hershey's is buying up the smaller chocolate companies, then...They bought Scharffenberger last year. I haven't had any of that lately to notice if there are any changes...

It's really hard for me to say this, but my chocolate cravings have diminished big time! And that's amazing in and of itself.

It is not my responsibility to convince anyone of anything.

Raw cacao is good for you. It`s full of magnesium and lots of other minreals, which is why women crave it.
