Just curious, what would be the "consequences to suffer" from any of these ingredients?
"Sweeteners (xylitol 70 weight %), gum base (i.a. original latex from sapodilla tree), natural flavor, gum arabic, lecithin, glycerin, beeswax, carnaubawax."
Most xylitol is sourced from corn. Sources of xylitol not from corn are pretty expensive. Virtually all gums are avoid for type O's. "Natural Flavors" are often avoids. You don't know until you contact the company and find out "what" that "natural flavors" are and what they are sourced from.
All these avoids you are ingesting through the chewing process of the gum. The more you chew, the more you ingest. Although there are some avoids that are worse than others (wheat and corn are the biggies for Type O's), when you ingest items that are sourced from corn, you might as well just be eating corn.

Xylitol may or may not be a corn concern. Xylitol is even produced by the body! When xylitol is sourced from corn, it is from the corn cob. All xylitol is expensive!

I can understand how ingesting a gum could be bad for the body, but I thought that was the part that stayed between your teeth that you later spit out.. uh... in designated waste containers

The gum arabic is not referring to the natural chicle gum base or the synthetic gum base. Gum arabic, which is a substance used to make the candy part of the product, is an avoid along with other gums such as guar gum. The ubiquitous xantham gum is most likely an avoid, also.
