Yes I used the search earlier and came up with one some mentioning caffeine since it's bad for AB types, I'm just trying to find out if theirs another reason. I did come across this tho.....scroll down to Type A With Acid Reflux http://www.dadamo.com/bloggers/ask/archives/archive-102004.html

Chocolate has also been shown to provoke GERD symptoms, and I have observed clinically that black tea might has a similar effect in some people.

1. Welcome, Lianne! I hope you will enjoy the support and info you find here. This cybercommunity has become a big part of my life. In short, it rocks. 2. Great post, KimonoKat! 3. Note: if you follow the diet as laid out in LR4YT, note that there is a rather important error in the frequency recommendations for fruit for all types. The "per week" should say "per day". ( http://www.dadamo.com/errata/smartfaq.cgi?answer=1075208133) Thus, you are really allowed and encouraged to eat significantly more fruit than what it looks like in the book. In fact, fruit is important for all types, so enjoy! 4. Did I mention, GREAT post, KK? Very important stuff in her post. |

Lianne, just popping in to wish you and your family a warm welcome to BTD and the forums. I also thank you and your family for the service and sacrifices you have made in fighting to keep our country free and safe. Have you seen the "As It Should Be IMHO" thread? |
