Just wanted to let you all know of a seasoning salt that is very good on foods, like salads, etc. It is called Herbamare, and you can buy it at Health Food stores and online. To check the ingredients, go here:

Another pre-made, brandname spice mix I'm getting into putting into everything since I bought it for Thanksgiving is Frontier brand Organic Poultry Seasoning. The only Type O avoid is the pepper, of which there truly doesn't seem to be much in there. The ingredients are:
"Ingredients: Organic sage, organic thyme, organic dehydrated onion, organic marjoram, organic black pepper, organic celery seed, organic red pepper."

it is kelp exclusively, Chaton....... kelp is an algae or seaweed....... there s nothing to get mixed up about.

Based on the english ingredients list on the Trocomare USA distributor's website there aren't any leeks in the Trocomare product, and there are leeks in the Herbamare product.
