U're so very welcome ... after all we're all here to help one another !!!


Today, I had such a baaad crave but decided NOT to give
in ...ESPECIALLY; since I've been so compliant for a couple weeks now !!

Instead; I took a half cup of cottage cheese, sliced a banana,
added a tablespoon of honey and then a few walnuts on top of it !!!

I can't tell u how delicious it was and it's ONLY neutral/beneficials and NOT one avoid !!!!!

Hi all,
I have more questions !!

Does anybody know if adding lecithin to my almond butter and walnut mixture
would be a good idea and/or if anybody's perhaps already tried it ??
TY  

Also; any more compliant snack and/or dessert ideas for when I get a baaad sweet crave ??

P.S.  If it includes walnuts it would be great !!

Adding lecithin would be fine.  One can add lecithin to any food, albeit it's usually not added to hot foods.

Fresh, dried, or poached fruit is always a nice dessert option.  Since you can have dairy, perhaps homemade yogurt, ice cream, or sorbet sweetened with fruit juice with seasonal cubed fruit, topped with a few nuts/seeds or raw carob/cocoa powder.

Fresh vegetable crudites/sticks are always a great snack item for myself.  You can add a compliant dip/nut butter to your vegetables if you want something to accompany them.  

Seaweed is a savory and somewhat salty snack idea.
