try inulin from artichokes, which are beneficial by the way!

I don't have much information on inulin. It is present in a wide variety of vegetables and fruits. It was listed in the formulations of the 4YourType Herbals (discontinued) for types A and AB. It is a probiotic, with slight sweetness and is probably in your stevia extract to moderate the flavor and aid digestibility. At this time, of course, it has no rating. That said, I see no reason to avoid it. Unless it causes stomach upset, I think you'll find it does no harm at all. and that's the sum of my offerings on inulin!

I don't know who manufactures it, but I have used the FOS from [url=http://www.beyond-a-century.com/ ]Beyond A Century[/url] before. They apparently buy most of what they in bulk and package it in plain white bottles and then put a simple label on it. I am sure that is one of the reasons their prices are usually pretty good.
