sip right 4 your type &  @ your  ease

take some:
1-2 bags of citron-thyme tea
1-2 bags of rosehip & raspberry or rosehip & hibiscus
1-2 bags fruitshelves (lemon,orange,apples,Hibiscus,rosehips)
1-2 bags alpesherbers (minth,Melisse,Camomile,Thyme,stinginnettle,Sauge,Izekruit
-(Vervaine)
if you want to accent more the berrytaste- add 1-2 pur berrytea

of course all organic (bio )

I know it sounds lots of all such stuffies, but it is  a w e s o me because you should add : haa
1-2 fresh lemon juice, and basicly frescutted gingerslices, sweet it with your prefered sweetener and then drink it hot, warm or cold amazing.....
to top it...add some fresh-sliced koumquats (thanx Madame eh )

and for the gourmets here
in wintertime you might add a bit of rum, in summertimes, a bit of cointreau with ice
yech..... tell me when you are doing it and I am appearing at once

basicly it's to be seen for 1-1,5 liters of boiled water

I guarant you a very special but ooo wow feeling  please take notice, it might be that this *grüsel* might be addictif

You 'published' your great concoction!!!

Good grief, this tea Isa makes is  A W E S O M E !!!!!

I had the privilege to drink it every day when I visited CH...

Gals this tea works miracles for your skin, stomach and your ultimate wellbeing!!!

Esp. the added fresh ginger... Woww!! This warm sensation going down when drinking this divine 'aphrodisiac'

Isa, thanks for sharing the complete ingredients..
I have been imitating your recipe here in Holland, being rosehip, mint and some afternoon mixture combined with fresh ginger...
Now I can optimize my teas as well..

Thanks sweety!!!

ps. When added as many bags as Isa 'prescribes' you cannot see through this tea!!!

Ok... finally...     I made a batch of this luscious tea. Had to find my teapot (just on the table...  ) and clean it out as I hadn't made a pot of tea in a month of Sundays...

Oh my... it is amazing!!! I love the smell of the lemon thyme wafting over the cup... and such notes of flavors intermingled... some strongly dominant... others more subtle... absolutely delish!!

I sweetened my first cup with honey (because I can  ) but I think I will try agave next.

Thank you Dear Isa!!!!

It's just amazing.

First brew I did just plain - nothing added no sweetener: Great!

Next batch I added the fresh ginger and lemon: Delicious!

Last cup of that batch I added some sugar and a tiny splash of rum - it was awfully cold, rainy, and windy that day : Heaven!!!

I've never liked Hibiscus in tea, but in this blend it tastes great. Thank you SO SO much Isa dear!

I must say the lemon thyme is awsome.....
MY mum used to force me to drink regular thyme tea-- so I was a bit sceptic - but this tea is a altogether different thing and I might have matured my tastebuds as well - yum.
Emma keeps making new combos - so I never know what kind of tea I get in the afternoon
Thank you so much again Isa- -I wish we could get something like this here.
BTW I have plenty of lemonthyme in the garden- and I use a lot of it in cabbage and appledishes- maybe I should start and harvest it to tea

yup..yup..yup Hettilein that's it ...and the possibilities of all kinds of mixups  is just awesome
you might add here a bit more from this..or the other..or thatone...just alltimes a great taste ....
I love the complete mixing because you have from all a very fine taste...some in the backgrond, some lightly, some a bit more...just yuuummmiee and then when you are moody to add some other things like gingerslices or kumquats, or some cardamom & coriandre, it gives a completely other direction
wow just fine and for that bloody weather sometimes, it warms up from the interieure

and all dearles it was a big pleasure for me to share this with U

and think about this awesome deep red colour.....very fine

yyyyeeeehhhhaaaa...the tea has arrived this morning from my postman.  I told him last week that I was expecting a parcel of tea from Switzerland and today he brought it to me.  Now...let us all have a cup of tea together and many thanks to Isa.  YUMMILICIOUS!!!!

Hunh...no red berries in the berry form...but look a little treat.  Oh oh...is it sugar in them?... or something more compliant.  Will have to check that out with caution and only eat one...don't want it to lead to mooooorrrreee.  Like Isa with her delicious gummi bears.

Thank you Isa roostersis.  (cheers as she raises her cup of wonderful tea).  ((((Big hugs))))

Debra

P.S.  Yes, Canada is a bit further...up north that is.  Still waiting for snow too.  'O' for a White Christmas.  Will not be the same without it.

Isa,

I picked up the package before I went to work yesterday just to make sure I wouldn't have to wait another day.  Of course, I tried the combo of teas last night and they were great!!!!!!  I'm going to add a little lemon juice in the mix tonight.

Thank you ever so much.  And, what a *Treat* to find real swiss chocolate!!!!!!!!!

Your gift just added to the festivities of the season.

Sweet, Sweet Isa!

What a wonderfully fragrant treat came in the mail for me this mornng!

The inside of my mailbox smelled delicious when I opened the door to it!  I can't tell you how wonderful it felt to receive such a thoughtfully planned package---and all the way from Switzerland!!

I shall treasure your kindness always, and long after the tea and chocolate treat is gone, I shall have little "Mr. Moose" to remind me of it.

Love,

Myra.

My fragrant smelling box of tea and chocolate arrived in today's mail.  I will get some ginger and lemon when I go to town, and then brew up a pot.  We're expecting a cold wave so it came just at the right time.  Thanks so much, Isa

Dear Isa,
Thank you so much for the tea and Swiss chocolates...I'm in awe of your generosity and thoughtfulness.

What a wonderful gift you sent me! I made the recipe and it was delicious, plus I'm enjoying each flavor on its own, too - very soothing and a nice break from all the green tea I've been drinking this winter.

Well, I need a little bit of translation if someone can help a sista out.

1.  What are "fruitshelves"?  I'm picturing bookshelves made of citrus peels that smell wonderful but don't last long *lol*!

2.  What are "alpesherbers"?   I am not even going to attempt a guess at that one.

Thanks in advance for any shard of light anyone can cast my way!

1) my danish/ Isa translation would be
fruit/ citrus peels

alpesherbes = Herbs from the Alps.

The tea was really yummi both the fruity ones and the ones with herbs

Aaah, okay, I thought the fruitshelves might be citrus "zest" or the entire peel.  And yes, I think you are probably correct about herbs from the Alps!

Next Q:  how big or small are these "bags" we are speaking of?

I think that is my last Q, too, you'll be glad to note!

Isa...I had no problems with the tea that I can remember.  Of course, I spaced them out so they would last longer.  And I am with the rest with the lemon/thyme tea.  It is great on its own.

Can I order these teas online? Y'all seem to be raving about 'em! Can you please direct me as to where I can purchase them? Thanks!

BTW, I've long given up on green tea, makes me too jittery.

She has a great idea here roostersis.

Yes, just lemon/thyme would be good actually.  That one is my favourite.  Oh...wait...and maybe one of mountain tea.
