Anybody else have the sugar cravings reaction from too many carbs (even good carbs), in one snake, meal, etc.? Love to hear feedback on this cause I am just discovering this in myself.

this is why it is adviced to have carbs with fat, for it slows down the sugar spikes.

Yes totally. I used to have a breakfast smoothie of frozen berries, compliant protein powder and stevia but the sweetness of the raspberries gave me cravings and eventually I had to stop because I was wanting five smoothies instead of one and it became ridiculous.
Wow.. that's it. This morning I had a smoothie with unsweetened organic soy (not much maybe 1/2 cup), Mango pieces, pineapple pieces and a banana with Stevia and of course egg white powder which has 25 grams of protein.
That would have been fine, BUT I had a piece of Spelt toast with ghee and almond butter on top of that. TOO many carbs. I think the shake would have been fine alone!
Try egg white omelet with veggies and compliant meat in it! and you can spread it with smashed up fruit if you have a sweet tooth, like a crepe. All your proteins, veggies and fruit for meal Rah!
Well I am excited about this new bar that tastes like a fig and date newton.

If a Type O was dealing with a health issue, this bar would fall outside the Health Series guidlines, so keep that in mind if you are a Type O secretor with health issues.

Do you possibly have a candida problem where the high carb meals fuel the candida and cause cravings?
