Well, I am feeling better today, so thank you for your prayers Alia! My mind is MUCH clearer now. Do you think I have a severe leaky gut and that is why dairy is no good for me, or is it because I am a nonnie O? I have read sooooo many places that dairy is just not something we need anyway, so why shouldn't the body react to it if that's the case?
I don't have my heart set on yogurt, but I was just hoping something would work out! Thanks for all the tips and advice. My oldest son is eating the yogurt but my youngest won't hardly touch it. He must be so in tune with his body that he knows instinctively that he doesn't want it. He is the only one of us that doesn't tend to overeat, except when it comes to meat! He loves protein like chicken, fish and red meat! Must be an O, though still not sure! I know, I know...I'm such a procrastinator.
But really, I don't see how this leaky gut could EVER heal if that's what it is. I take Seacure every day and it helps me stay regular. I love it and it is supposed to help leaky gut. Like I said, I feel much better today, so no dairy for me again....just can't do it. And No, there was nothing other than sheep milk yogurt and active cultures in it. Don't know what cultures though...
