Drea, I could just your feet (I think). Re: your recommendation of using Polyflora for constipation. I was asking about that more for me than the DH. I took 3 last night and 3 this morning and a miracle!!! I was just going to take some 'more drastic measures' today, now maybe I won't need to go that route. Will keep up the Polyflora and see what happens. I think my adrenals (or lack thereof ) have everything so out of whack, my body just doesn't have a clue anymore what it's supposed to do. I do, however, see brighter days ahead.
I love that Polyflora too. After many probiotics over the years, this one is the best!
And remember, Italy, prunes are beneficial for you.
Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are. Let me not pass you by in quest of some rare and perfect tomorrow. ~Mary Jean Irion

Oh if only I could. I love prunes but they're too sweet for right now. NP told me to limit really sweet fruit for now, with the adrenal failure and all. Sweet fruit, yep, THAT would be prunes. . I'm going to give the Polyflora a few days to see if it is doing all I think it did (ha) and if so, then I'm going to pass the info on to my brother who is and has been having a problem like this, but worse and much longer. Check this out - his doctor has him on a thing that is - ready ------- psyllium husk and some type of gum Psyllium being a no-no for O's aside, WHY would you put those 2 together? Except maybe be assured you're going to keep selling it.

I hate to admit this but there was a lot of beer drinking going on over the Thanksgiving weekend, and much of it by me. I did remember to bring my Polyflora A and Deflect A and popped one of each first thing in the morning and last thing at night and also the Deflect by itself during my most beerful moments. I was not constipated, which was very nice; and since being home am still regular.
So in answer to your question, if the DH must drink beer, he should be popping those Polyfloras and Deflects right along with it. Worked for me.
I'm taking my power back by remembering that a belief is only a thought that I keep thinking,
