I love lemon or lime juice & oil oil vinagrettes. Occassionally, if I am craving a creamy salad dressing, though, I add in a little feta or chevre mashed up in the dressing until its a creamy dressing. Even goat cheese isn't something to have everyday, but when I get a cheese or creamy craving, it really helps.
As for weight loss... cutting out as many grains as possible and adding Deflect-O really helped me start to see great results.
