Quoted from Phred
I make sundays my cooking day. I usually cook up some chicken breats, some beef burgers, maybe a flank steak or chili. All meats are organic. I also make some side dishes like black-eyed pea salad and my famous roasted root veggie dish called "Le Grande Menage a Trois" or "The Big Three-some".
Once everything is made... you can then just pick and choose here and there and mix in with steamed greens and other side plates. Simplifies life GREATLY!
Yes, I find that organization is the key. Finding one day out of the week to shop/prepare/cook a fair quantity of food for the week makes meal times more simple. It is nice to have a selection of prepared homemade foods to pick and choose from when one is hungry. Alia |

Right off the bat I'd add almond butter to the smoothy or olive or flax oil....you cannot go without any fat for a breakfast that is already a bit on the carby side... |

If you mean he won't listen..........I think he will. He just had no clue. Or that's how it is in my dream anyway. |

That's great, Pat!! What a relief it must be to have someone actually want to learn what's good for their body! |
