I voted daily because that is the average for me.  Some days I go more than once, other days I don’t go, but most of the time it is once.

It just gets wierder here. I want to see it by Genotype, though. Would Nomadic B's be the least to go, holding it in because of all the traveling?

Thanks so much for this.
Right.
We Nomads held it in until the invention of indoor plumbing!

I never held anything in.  This Nomad would find a clump of trees if there was no plumbing.

opps!  i didn't know this was for b's only!

i wanted to chime in because my bowel movements are off the hook since I started being compliant and abstinent from sugar and junk.  I'm actually irritated by how many times I have to go a day which is at least 3!  and usually i have two or three in the morning even before breakfast and then sometimes two more later on during the day!

is this normal?  i eat 3 moderate healthy meals per day and sometimes a small meal in the late afternoon if i'm having a late dinner as I get hungry.

I also feel miserable if I don't go.  I often go twice in the morning before going out.  Like urination, we often have to go more in the morning. We need to let the body eliminate like it should.
Our culture of going to work in one location for 8 hours or so is not natural.  If we were farmers, I bet there would be fewer problems!

I also wonder if some crimes of reaction are done by someone who is very constipated. One can get very irritable & angry with that. Any comments?  I knew of someone years ago who had a bad temper & also had that problem. I don't doubt it.

For me, its approx 5 times per week but since I have been diagnosed with severe iron deficiency anemia and calcium deficiency the iron tablets im taking are making me more constipated than usual.  God knows how I am deficient in these minerals as I eat plenty of lamb, liver and dark greens etc and I also eat plenty of calcium rich foods.  I have been following the blood type diet for a couple of years and I was surprised to learn I am so deficient in iron and calcium.  Sorry I am digressing.
