I think of all the types, type A's probably have the most varied diets, we have the biggest range of inner-type differences and so I am interested in seeing how that affects our eating patterns, So secretors, nonnies, A2, A1, Rh- if you are a type A post your menu
ps- I certainly how I don't just see, Breakfest- amarath and soymilk snack- pinapple lunch- pinto beans and broccoli...........................
.................not that this wouldn't be a bennie meal plan but it doesn't have to be yours if you are a type A, so GET OVER IT

Very unusual day as I was on location for much of it....
breakfast Had two hard boiled eggs with homemade mayo (lemon, egg yolks, grapdeseed oil, touch of unheated honey)
beverages sipped decaf coffee throughout the day; tap water and Gerolsteiner
snack okay...candy is dumped on us and today I did give in and ate one Hershey miniature chocolate bar
lunch black bean soup and apple at Panera Bread...the soup was thickened but I ate it anyway
snack blueberry unibar
dinner two hard boiled eggs with homemade mayo, later two baked herbed chicken thighs; later a small bowl of puffed rice cereal dressed with melted ghee and molasses
Yesterday I had an omlette made with fresh organic eggs, diced turkey, scallions, diced tomato and mozzarella cheese, and a fruit salad made with fresh blueberries and bing cherries
Lunch: grilled chicken caesar salad with romaine lettuce, chicken seasoned with tarragon, cherry tomatoes, and a tablespoon of Newman's Caesar dressing (avoids), but since I use so little I don't worry too much
snack: D'Anjou Pear
Dinner: Grilled snapper with grilled veggies (onions, bell peppers, yellow, red and green, portobella mushrooms)
snack: pinto bean dip, (plain can of beans, chilli powder, cumin, coriander leaves dried, a little salt and some mozzarella cheese) served on raw veggies, celery carrots and multicolored bell peppers
Breakfast: Blended Salad Smoothie (1 cup of frozen fruit - blueberries and raspberries, 1 cup of juice, 1 1/2 c. dandilions and swiss chard chopped, 1 scoop (2 T) of soy protein; all organic, of course.
Lunch: Romaine salad, mushrooms, cauliflower, red onion, celery, feta, sunflower seeds, greek dressing (unfortunately with vinegar) piece of sourdough roll
Dinner: Plan on tuna salad with Celery, onion, cucumber and loads of mustard on ezekial bread.
Snack: 1/5 or 1/6 of an "endangered species" organic chocolate bar.

As usual, I start my day with lemon water and a protein/greens shake
Grapefruit at 10:30am
Lunch 1:00pm consisted of a mixed green salad with some nutritional yeast for protein and pineapple
I don't have afternoon snacks, I drink my green tea from 2pm on till I get home
Tonight I plan on having grilled salmon with bene veggies, and CHERRIES! picked some up on the weekend mmmm good --
Pretty light meals for me but I am trying to lose more weight and I am quite satisfied --

Before running: egg mixed with harmonia and a 1/4 of a orange (gasp- kill me, ok, I eat oranges, just shoot me)
Breakfest- salmon veggie scramble ( 2 oz salmon scrambled in one egg with loads of veggies and some cranberries) avocado
Snack- cottage cheese mixed with peanut butter stuffed in an apricot
Lunch- salad (romaine lettuce with cooked veggies on top and chicken from last night) homemade mayo mixed with lemon juice for dressing
Snack- home made chicken salad ( chicken pureed with carrot, celery, cranberries, and a bit of apple mixed with yogurt to moisten- I also always eat something fermented if I eat fruit)
mixed this with an egg yolk from a soft boiled egg and stuffed mixture in white, this was a new invention and very good, I highly recommend
not sure what's for dinner, I'll modify later

So far today I've had:
lemon water and polyflora
decaf with soy milk wheat-free muesli with pineapple juice
pineapple fruit smoothie, made with pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, soy protein powder, flax seeds, and a splash of soymilk
pomegranate white tea 2 hard boiled eggs 1 liter plain water with lime juice and sea salt (just a dash)
I'm not hungry yet and have no idea what's for dinner, but have some canned salmon in the cupboard and some broccoli in the fridge so may do something with those two...
I am a cherry addict, just bought some, red bing cherries are the best, this is my favorite fruit season, The cherry crumbl sounds good, although I'm sure most of it I couldn't eat, I'd love to see the receipe

I made a salmon salad with mayo, celery, and green onions. That was around 5pm...then at 8pm, our good friend wanted to take us to dinner because we are moving soon and we ate a Middle Eastern-Turkish restaurant. Almost nothing I ate was compliant, but it sure tasted good. I'm paying for it today though, so back to square one.
Breakfast: one egg over medium served on top of 1 slice Ezekiel with guacamole, red onion, salsa and goat cheddar.
Lunch: I'm hormonal today, so I was craving sweets. I mixed peanut butter with ghee and unsweetened cocoa powder...added some veggie glycerin and had pretty healthy compliant chocolate. I ate that with some walnuts mixed in.
Dinner: Mixed greens salad with carrots, broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, artichoke hearts. Topped with lemon juice, nutritional yeast and goat cheese.
I normally eat more, but tummy is a little upset right now....though I don't eat as much as you Laura. You also work out twice a day and harder than most people.
Dinner: more tuna salad, plus homemade pumpkin soup with lots of parsley. To be followed by some yoghurt and cherries if I'm still hungry, not to mention a little red wine.
No bread today, I've been eating a bit too much and feeling bloated. Jenny
Warning: this meal plan is very primitive compared to the above mentioned.
Breakfast: quarter pinapple then cereal(rice chex with westsoy vanilla soy milk)
Lunch: 3 slices Ezekiel bread, canned salmon, ground mustard. I kinda roughed it for lunch today, very dry.
Dinner: Planning on some combo of ground turkey with pinto or black beans, fresh green beans, fresh broccoli, maybe brown rice, curry sauce maybe.
I'll probably have some watermelon as a snack before dinner or dried apricots.
I'm still working on getting some plain soy milk with just water and soy beans and I need to get back into making my own granola. The only fluids I usually drink all day are filtered and bottled water.

Hello fellow Type "As"!
I have been away for over a year. Back now. I need support as I was eating too many avoid foods and ended up getting chronic sinutus. Not too worry. I did purchase Dr. Ds book on allergies. Have to give up the wheat for a while.
My menu for today:
Breakfast: began with a lemon water drink Miso soup (fresh tofu, wakame, enoki) 1/4 cup of walnuts, peanuts, sliced apricots, dried wild blueberries, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and pumkin seeds 1 cup soya latte coffee
Lunch: homemade lunch box: white rice (I know it should be brown, but my family prefers white) with soya seasoned tuna cubes and sesame seeds on top, boiled organic carrots and broccoli with seasoned herb salt, garlic and olive oil, cherries
Dinner 100% rye bread and peanut butter salad with olive oil dressing and garlic fresh raspberries
I live in Tokyo and for being an A blood type person it is the one of the best places to be. There are so many dishes using soya beans. Yeah!
break: 1 slice canned pineapple and three tsp. of black eyed peas on the way out the door, coffee w/ sugar free creamer (haven't found a substitute yet, only been a few days on this diet)
lunch: 1/2 ezekial round thing with a tbsp of organic almond butter in it, while walking around the gardening store
snack: 1.3 bars of splenda choc covered icecream shared with my granddaughter, age 3
dinner: huge bowl of the 'baby greens' salad that comes in the huge bag, handful of walnuts, tbsp organic (local) goat cheese, 1/4 of a slab of organic tofu cooked in soy sauce and brown/hot chinese mustard *pretty good tasting too!*, with 2.5 capfuls ceasar salad dressing.
WALKED: 1/2 mile on treadmill 1 hour after dinner in 13 minutes
VERY STRESSFUL DAY -- finding out i am diabetic, and learning I am going to have a echocardiogram and a bladder distillation test! aarrrrggghhhh.
And, dkite, I'm so sorry about your health problems. Well, at least you are in the right place now, and if you give the BTD a real chance, it will greatly improve your health, no matter what you are dealing with. Do you have the BTD book on Diabetes?

Breakfast: Water with Lemon Oatmeal with Flaxseeds and a little honey
Lunch: I was very bad and had a Peanut Butter & Jelly on wheat. My daughter made it for me, I _had_ to eat it
Snack: Dried cranberries then some pineapples a little later
Dinner: Ravioli with portobello mushrooms and artichokes and a side salad
Way too much wheat for me today and I have a runny nose becuase of it. I'm seriosly thnking about getting the secretor test, though I think I am a secretor. I will do better tomorrow as I am making a veggie soup for lunch. Yum!
Hi Oona, I'm happy to see a new post, and a tremendous welcome to the Forum!
Are you aware that peanut butter is beneficial for type A? And wheat is neutral.
You're right about the quantity of wheat, but all in all, your day wasn't bad. Just stick in some more vegetables and decrease the wheat. And have healthy jelly with your PBJ!
