There is indeed a physical cook book for ER4YT - it's called &quot;Cook Right 4 Your Type&quot;. AS I'm not sure where you are in the world, I'd try the local bookstore or  Amazon.com.  Other than that the NAP store usually has all of Dr D's books as well.&lt;br /&gt;
