Hi Marcy,

There is indeed a physical cook book for ER4YT - it's called "Cook Right 4 Your Type". AS I'm not sure where you are in the world, I'd try the local bookstore or Amazon.com. Other than that the NAP store usually has all of Dr D's books as well.

I searching for information on how to purchase a physical recipie book 4YT. I only have found the database on the main site and nothing in the bookstore. Any idea if that exists?
