			<description>You might like Sea2O, an organic energy drink.  It doesn't work for me due to a reaction I have to citric acid (and I'm not running for hours like you, so I don't really need energy drinks).  It's sweetened with agave nectar, so that's a big improvement over corn syrup.  (check Amazon).  Whether it makes sense to carry with you, I don't know, but I just wanted to let you know of the option.  My boys like it.&lt;br /&gt;

Maybe you could carry little to go packets of honey?  It probably doesn't have everything the energy gel has, but it does have energy.</description>
