I am also a non-smoker and I cant believe how much I deprived myself before. SOunds like you are completely aware of what your body needs, and I encourage you to keep it up. I myself, exercise 5-7 days a week, and I struggle iwth balance.&lt;br /&gt;

 It will be an interesting time to be a nurse. I am seeing many people choosing it as a second career and  going back to school. One recent graduate at my job worked on Wall Street before becoming a nurse.&lt;br /&gt;
