I am a type A, and the only highly beneficial condiment available is mustard. That's no trouble, since I love mustard anyway. My difficulty comes when I read the ingredients of condiment type mustards... As far as I have been able to tell so far, they all contain vinegar!
You can purchase dried mustard (Coleman's English Mustard is one) and mix the mustard powder with water or water and lemon. By the way, mustard powder is an excellent article to keep in the house.
