I'm an O and I can break down lipids like nobody's business!  I can also assimilate calcium from thin air, so take that, militant veggies of the world!&lt;br /&gt;

And as far as the &quot;high quality medical journals&quot; giving sparkling reviews to pharmaceuticals with dubious efficacy and dangerous side effects that require a Dead Sea Scroll-length warning attached, yet going into hysterics over herbs, my guess is that the reason for that is who pays the bills for said high quality medical journals.  Show me the money.</description>
