Very nice blog. Thank you. I was kind of feeling sorry for myself, being a single parent..struggling. Today though, I was thinking the very same thing about being thankful for what I have. Even though the economy has crashed, at least I have a roof over my head, and I'm doing everything in my power to get my sons through high school and college. I'm working 2 jobs and the 2nd job looks promising down the road..Maybe a year or so to make a decent 2nd income.

I also feared that there would be a draft and my sons would have to go to war They are 19 (B) and soon to be 17 (O) years old. My heart goes out to all the parents who've lost their children. I pray that 2009 is the year that all the American soldiers come home for good. I hope Mr. Obama can do it!
