I am new to this site...what is Swami? I am a B bloodtype and thought i tested as a Nomad in the Genotype book but have not done well on it...any tips? thanks, rande

I think that sometimes when illness hits, it is the result of the decades before we started eating right for our type. Let's keep looking to our futures and eating in such a way that in the next decade, we will continue to get only healthier and healthier.

Congratulations on your swami results! I think folks like you and I who have been following a B diet, but should be Explorers or Gatherers didn't do as well as we could have. Too much dairy for me, I think, and I was eating too much bread as well. I feel like I'm home too, now that I'm eating the Explorer diet. I'll probably take the Swami as well in a few months. Hi Linda,

I just read your March 2007 blog on homeopathy and that you were seeing a Naturopath at that date for Biotherapeutic Drainage.

I too am a B non-secretor and just saw a Naturopath who wants to do the same thing with me using the UNDA compounds. Have you used these and did you do this Drainage? How did it go for you.

I am having hormonal issues and need internal cleansing on the cellular level.

I'd be interested if non-secretor B's could be allergic to any of the homeopathic metal catalysts used in this type of treatment.
