I wonder what is the differenece between Raw Milk and regular milk, aside from the processing it goes to make sure that it is safe from any infections or has no organisms that may be harmful to health?

A farm in my area (Pennsylvania, US) sells raw milk and people come from all over to purchase it. I have bought it as well (prior to BTD) and totally trust the farmer's explanation of its safety. The farm has been in business for decades. BTW, it is absolutely delicious!
