As I wrote previously, my husband and I sold our business to another company in August. The other company was not well put together as our company and were not able to complete the last part of the vendor take-back on November 30.

Because of that, my husband and I are taking control of our business again, but we are tangled in issues with the rewind, so I have spent the better part of a week unwinding the combined company.

The kicker to this whole thing is the owners of the other company were trying to remove me as a director for the past month!!!! I think they thought if they could get rid of me, they would have a chance to take over our company.

My staff keep commenting on how well I am taking the stress (my A husband is not taking it well). I actually enjoy this type of stress, even though I find it difficult to eat, I make sure I eat a piece of beef and some spinach everyday. Believe it or not, that piece of beef seems to centre me and allows me to take things in stride. My husband looks haggard and has put on about 10 lbs. He got a sinus infections and isn't handling the stress well. By the end of this week we should have a resolution and we can get our offices moved and totally separate the companies.

There has been a nasty Asian Flu circulating throughout the school systems here for the past month. It finally arrived at my teen's school this week. B was down for 3 days, but has made a total recovery, I understand many children have ended up in the hospital with terrible cases of pneumonia. My son said there were only 12 of 25 in his class on Friday. My youngest son was playing Star Wars and got his heel caught on a cold intake vent. The heel peeled back so wehad to take him to a Mediclinic to get glued back together, but he is good to go a week later. The Canadian Medical System is great for emergencies.

I must go finish another 1000 journal entries!!
