I don't have an explanation yet but this is working very well.
Since I cut back on my daily beef and trail mix consumption to fix my kidney stone issue, I have been eating two burger patties, the trail mix and then a final burger pattie throughout the day while I'm working. That would keep me satisfied until I had supper.
About two weeks ago I had an unintentional experiment where I ate three burger patties and then ate the trail mix last. To my surprise I did not feel hungry for the rest of the night. What's amazing is that I usually eat the trail mix between 9-10am, depending on how early I start my day.
I do drink water during this phase and it's been working so well that I've dropped 10 pounds. I'm down to 186 lbs. which is my normal summer time "ideal weight." I can't argue with the results and I have been feeling fine the whole time. I guess you could say the it's a form of food combining or un-combining depending if order is part of that style of eating.
I will add that I have also been rotating my El Dorado, Trehalose Complex and the Harmonia Deluxe each day. I know what each is supposed to do but I didn't notice anything besides acne when taking them before.
