Do you think it was the overheating of the EVOO that disagreed with you? It degrades quickly at high temperatures. I use it drizzled on already cooked foods, but sauteing with it makes me feel nauseous.

I put the Evoo on after I warmed the burgers. The burgers were not super hot and I didn't cook the burgers after the Evoo was on them.
