buckwheat grouts with ghee, blueberries and a bit of agave, pinch of salt

3/4 cup buckwheat
cup of water
boil water, add buckwehat...turn temp to low cover for 15 to 20 minutes...qhen cooked drain excess water if any...add handful of blueberries, tablespoon of ghee or organic butter and a teaspoon of agave and a pinch of himalayan sea salt

Type O+. My favorite breakfast is two eggs: begin with sauteed onion in olive oil, add eggs, stir, add one garlic (finelly chopped) then add feta cheese to taste (stir in well for it to blend) and voila! Fried eggs ready. May add chopped cherry tomato for a change.
