Every month I buy 'Spiegelbeeld', a spiritual magazine, filled with info about spirituality, science, health and environment.
Just before Hans and I left for a week's holiday in the Dordogne, I bought the June edition and reacted on the blog of the editor's wife in which she related about her getting sick during a trip. Later in hospital, she was diagnosed with a lungembolie.
I mailed her by stating that her bloodtype most probably would be A, or AB and invited her to have a look at my website where she could info that could be of interest to her.
She mailed me back ten minutes later that indeed her bloodtype was A, asking if she could get some A positieve advice for getting her blood thinner.
I gave her the appropriate advice, she happily thanked me and told me that the editor, her husband, was most intrigued by my advice and wanted an article on this Genotype foodscience. He would get in touch with me.
I was thrilled with this all happening so quickly!
The editor mailed me later expressing he wanted a serie of six articles: on every genotype one article.
The first article as an intro, about my views on health in general, will appear in the September edition of Spiegelbeeld. After this the Hunter, Gatherer, Teacher, Explorer, Warrior and Nomad will be exposed to the dutch and belgian readership of Spiegelbeeld.
My idea with each Genotype is to relate about all details of the 6 genotypes, also lightly about psychological traits, without stigmatizing. And to share a fave dish for every genotype. I want to ask this board, you if you would like to mail me a simple, tasty, nutritious, easy to fix dish (breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack). Of course your name or initials will be mentioned, or not, whatever you want.
Before the end of July I will deliver the Hunter article!
So if you, dear Hunters, have a dish you want to share with the dutch and belgian readership, please let me know.
I look forward to your tasty dishes!
pick and choose!!!
