Sometimes you see people and find out how old they are and think “wow, what happened to them?” The phrase I use when that type of situation comes up is: “It’s not the years, it’s the mileage.”
I happened to see someone I used to hang out with when I was younger. He and I went our own ways when he started hanging out with “the wrong crowd.” It’s been 20 years or so since the last time I saw him. To say that he did not look good would be putting it mildly. He looked much older and distorted than an early 40 year old should.
The human body can endure a lot of punishment for a prolonged period of time. Once your body reaches its own threshold, it goes down hill fast. The damage created from years of abuse takes its toll and the body gives up on trying to heal itself and reverts to surviving instead. Instead of healing, the body shuts down from constant stress and fatigue which causes epigenetic changes or expression of our DNA.
With ERFYT, you give your body the chance it needs to heal. It’s not just hard drugs or alcohol abuse that destroys your body; it’s the day in – day out eating of food with those nasty Lectins that slowly deteriorate our gut, cells and brain that make us feel and look like we’re 70 when in reality we’re only 35 or 40 years old.
