Genotype is the magic word!
Yesterday a belgian friend, the teacher who invited me to Mechelen last year in April for a powerpointpresentation and cookclinic for students, sent me the link of an article of the DNA diet.. Research in USA shows that your DNA has preference/ability to digest fats, carbs or proteins... This sounds familiar...
Have these scientists never heard of Peter D'Adamo???
Or they are too confident of their visions and too tunnelsighted themselves to even think that the DNAdiet is already alive??? Contacting Peter, would save them a lot of research...
I commented on the belgian and dutch newspaper links.. And people start calling/mailing me for an appointment, to have their Genotype determined! Three appointments for next week. Good.. ![]()

I exercised with a trainer extremely vigorously 3x per week for 6 months and ate relatively close to the BTD for Type A. Very little results. My frustration was increasing each month as my weight loss was averaging less than 1 lb per week.
Then my trainer suggested the GTD and in 2 weeks with very light exercise the weight started to pour off. I realized I was a Warrior, who does not need intense exercise, there were 4 other components from the BTD that I eliminated that were contrasting to the GTD. Finally the magic has begun! I cannot believe the change in my body in such short time, it was like the light switch went on.
