For those of you that have been following along, I think my business fliers or my business cards would look something like this. I have so many more books and resources I would need to pull out and double check. I want to add some kind of nutrition certificate (I would love to make it to Dr. D's conference next year). Between all of the reading on Celiac Disease and cooking classes, I am an amateur 'nutritionist' - no doubt. Dr. Julia, here in Rockford, would be a great source of support, I suspect.
