Thank you! I too periodically crave red meat...and have felt guilt as an A secretor. Need to tweak my iron but at least I am not alone

For the bruising, that could also be a vitamin K deficiency. Natto is a good source for that, I believe.

I'm looking forward to your school lunch ideas... I'll only be packing a lunch for my kindergarten student once a week (taekwondo day), but it's weighing on my mind already. He loves sandwiches and anything resembling sushi.
