Hi Andrea...am A Positive and just was introduced to the Blood Type Diet by a friend who has lost almost 100 lbs and feels fabulous. I have been searching the web for info and am finding it hard. I would love grocery lists, meal ideas for a week, etc. for Type A. I would love for you to e-mail me any tips you have for a beginner on this journey!

I was wondering if you could shed some light on this. I am a type A. My naturopath says I am estrogen dominant and says I should not eat soy for that reason as it would make the dominance worse.
My mum had breast cancer and then went on to get non hodgkins lymphoma and passed away in 2005. So I always have this fear at the back of my mind about cancer. Originally I started this way of eating out of fear but like you feel so good on it that I wouldn't want to eat any other way. I put on a lot of weight over the last 10 years as I haven't been doing the diet properly and stress factors were dealt with by overeating on avoids late at night. I am now back on track and feel great but confused about what I should do about soy. Apologies for the long winded question!
