I have reached a point where I can no longer blog on a daily basis, and even blogging once a week has become too difficult. However, I look forward to continuing to visit the BTD community whenever possible, as there is so incredibly much still to learn. I wanted to leave one last parting message to all other parents out there ........

Change does happen. I continue to see improvement as my children start to experiment with the "healthy" meals I provide for them. I hear my six year old talk about how important vegetables are to other relatives and children. I am amazed when my three year old demands FRESH pineapple from the grocery store. And even my husband, who doesn't believe in the BTD lifestyle, is more than happy to enjoy Amy's organic chicken sausage and other brand new dishes made from scratch.

Oh and guess what? I persuaded him to leave out the pork fat and mix his vension with beef fat instead! Change does happen. And I am grateful to the BTD bulleting board and moderators who share their knowledge with all who ask.
