Yeah, he’s a keeper. A well-meaning man, to be sure. Sometimes he just doesn’t quite get it. He tried a new recipe last night. We sometimes get tired of the just meat and vegetable routine. So, he goes into his lo-carb cookbook and comes up with a casserole. It called for sausage, so he very judiciously chose turkey sausage instead of pork because of my B diet. Then there was probably a pound of cheddar cheese (avoid) in it besides eggs and crème fresh and onions and some other things I’m not sure of. Well, I don’t know how many times we’ve had this turkey sausage and I react badly to it. And I have mentioned it to him each time I reacted badly to it. I don’t think it has sunk in yet. Therefore, I have ‘pizza eyes’ today and a couple pounds up from yesterday. All water. Oh well, ya gotta love him for trying!
