To Philip et al…
A fellow ER4YT aficionado spoke of naturally enjoying the “highly beneficial” foods and of not caring for many of the “avoid” foods (esp. red meats) on the AB lists.
This is something that drew me to the concept of the BTD a couple of years ago because it was full of the stuff that I liked already!!
I too eat very little meat (I’ve only just begun eating “faces” again after nearly ten years as a vegetarian…like lots of people, I was feeling weak and sickly and found that just a bit of flesh…"little faces”… mainly seafood, brought up my strength and energy.) and tend toward the highly beneficial fruits and veggies.
Thank you for your note Philip, and isn’t it nice to find a diet that’s good for you that your body is already craving anyhow?! I highly recommend the cookbook (Cook Right 4 Your Type). I tend to forget about eating starches and grains because I like veggies and fruit so much. It helps me to cook yummy things with good carbs!
