So who would’a thunk that the hardest habit was to eat! I never realized how poor my eating habits are. I’m like a camel…nothing goes down the hatch for hours and hours and then, when the time presents itself…I eat everything in sight!
My goal for today: Eat small amounts throughout the day. I’ve portioned off left-over’s, fruits and veggies in containers for easy access.
We made veggie fritters last night out of the ER4YT cookbook. They were yummy, but next time I’d probably add some spices to the mix. Also, I found and tried ground turkey for the first time…omygosh! It’s yummy...big surprise to a hesitant ex-vegetarian!!
